In today's busy world the rigours of coping can overload our nervous systems. Some of the signs of overload include ~ anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, depression, poor digestion, a general feeling of unwellness.
In this Yoga for Stress Relief workshop you will learn:
- how to recognize the stress response in you
- how to release tension through breathing, stretching, moving & meditation techniques
- Easy yoga exercises that restore peace & wellbeing
- how to rest, relax and revitalize in just minutes
- gain greater awareness, strength & vitality
- no prior yoga experience is necessary
This workshop with Helen will show you how Yoga for Stress Relief stretching exercises (asanas), deep breathing exercises (pranayamas), and meditation techniques offer a positive change in lifestyle, in which stress relief, emotional wellness, cardiovascular fitness and feeling good are natural by-products of enjoyable exercise.
Workshops are held on the last Sunday of every month.
